Facebook Pages

The liaisons will also be managing Facebook pages for each grade. Please take a minute to join the groups for your child’s/children’s grades:

Please feel free to contact your grade level liaison and/or join the Facebook group to keep informed about different events and to connect with other families in your child’s or children’s grades.

While the grade level Facebook groups are designed for families to connect and communicate with each other, please understand that any gatherings or interactions are solely at the families’ discretion and comfort level and are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the HES PTA.

School Directory in Family File

Families who are looking to connect with other families outside of school can check the School Directory, which is accessible through Family File. Families can opt in and choose what information is made available, so take a moment to check what information you have made available and look for friends your child may want to connect with. Video tutorials and written supports on how to access Family File can be found here.

Canvas Resources for Families

To better help our families prepare for fall virtual learning, the county has provided these helpful resources for Canvas, the online learning platform. Please visit the Canvas Orientation page to view orientation videos and access guides for parents and students.
